Frequently Asked Questions

1. What is the origin of the ‘TNT Sleep™’ method?

The author or originator of the TNT Sleep method is a 59-year-old, South Australian computer software engineer who had insomnia problems for many years, particularly after having to work late into the night to meet demanding schedules.   Having a Science degree and an enquiring mind helped him understand his own 'falling-asleep' process and, from that, develop a simple, mind-only method to trigger this process.   The real surprise lay in the recent discovery that the simple sleep method that he developed works just as well for others.   The author’s personal story can be viewed here.

2. What does ‘TNT’ stand for?

The most common meaning for the ‘TNT’ acronym is that of the well-known explosive, Tri-Nitro Toluene.   The sleeping version of TNT is also very powerful, at least when it comes to putting the user to sleep, and its meaning is revealed in the eBook.
